    super cute

    I love the bag! shipping was super quick: it literally came the next day. I gave it 4 stars because the bag had this weird ashy film on it and i’m not sure what it is. I cleaned it with some diluted hand soap and water and it got mostly clean. also the bag is much bigger than what I thought it would be. I can fit my laptop and charger in this bag.

    Long off gassy

    I do like the bag, but I took a knife to it and removed the ridiculously long handles. Also, it is very plasticky smelly, and it continues to off-gas several days after it arrived. It is still cool.... but the long handles are just outrageous and not very useful.

    God, sturdy bag!

    At first, I didn't know what to think but this bag is perfect for me. I'm a little rough on my bags. This bag stands the test of my roughness. It is so cute. I have received so many compliments from carrying it. I've been carrying it everyday since it arrived. I'm glad I decided to go with the medium size instead of the small. It's just perfect for me and my lifestyle.

    Shoulder handler too long

    The shoulder handler is not adjustable, and it’s quite long for the height of 5’8. The smell is strong and not going away after leaving the bag out for a week.
