I ordered a size 8 initially based on a review and it was indeed too large for my normally 7 1/2 foot.
The exchange was super smooth to print out and online steps to proceed.
The size 7 are the perfect fit with the only complain that one foot the shoe keeps gaping on sides. Otherwise I think is a very versatile style and color
