The shoes look great but the width is not good at all. I’ve never had to get wide width shoes in my life and for some reason both the 9 and 10 are not wide enough for my feet. I asked if they had width measurements for their shoes and I was told they didn’t. This should be a standard measurement that they provide so someone can make informed decisions before purchasing. I had to order a size up only to find out there was no width increase. Also, their response times should be greatly improved. There should be a phone number to call, better chat response times, and/or email. I was very disappointed considering I love the look of the shoe.
