These shoes are the best. I had them when I was young and they brought back memories. They passed the test on a hot day at the farmers market. No blisters!! The foam insert keeps your foot in place and the soft plastic did not tear up my feet. They are true to size. I wear an 8 and purchased an 8 with no problems. The smell is okay but not a deal breaker. I am considering purchasing other colors.
