These shoes exceeded my expectations. This was my first pair of Melissa shoes and will not be my last. The jellie material is so soft and not grippy or sticky like old jellies when I was little, so it does not grip skin and cause blisters. The sole of she shoe is also supple soft which surprisingly makes a huge impact on comfort. I haven’t been able to wear anything other than Teva sandals for 5 years due to foot issues and these caused me no pain! I could actually cry I’m so happy. I have bunions and a really wide foot and these work for me! The smell isn’t as horrible as some people lead you to believe. And I have a very sensitive nose. The color could go silver or gold in my opinion.
